Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. melted margarine
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
4 to 4 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation

Mix 2 cups flour and powdered sugar with margarine and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Mix together the eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup flour, salt and rhubarb.
Pour over the crust and bake at 350\u00b0 an additional 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
