Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 9 inch pie crusts
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen Spinach, chopped
1 large onion diced
1/2 lb. diced pepperoni
1 16 oz. pkg. of Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
diced black olives
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Cook chopped spinach and large diced onion together and drain. Add Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 pound of diced pepperoni, diced black olives, 1 Tbsp. oil and dash of garlic powder.
Put mixture in pie shell.
Top with 2nd crust and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
