Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. or more diced chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. sliced almonds
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cooked rice
    grated cheese
    potato chips, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix first ten ingredients and put into large casserole dish. Top with cheese and crumbled potato chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
