Crackling Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cracklings (I use small ones purchased at the grocery)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour salt over cracklings;
    mix well.
    Add meal and hot water to make
    a\tstiff
    paste.
    Make 2 pones and bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
