Blender Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine in blender on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand about 5 minutes.
    Then sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
