Cheesy Onion Burger Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. soft butter
2 c. (120~ to 130~) water
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt, yeast and butter.
Add hot water gradually.
Beat two minutes.
Add 1 cup flour; beat two minutes.
Stir in cheese, onions and remaining flour.
Knead.
Let rise about one hour.
Punch down.
Divide into 20 pieces.
Shape into buns.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
