Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Set aside.
    Cook meat until no longer pink; drain.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer 10 minutes.
