New Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized new potatoes
    2 c. cheese, grated (1 c. American, 1 c. Cheddar)
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    When cool, grate potatoes.
    Mix potatoes, sour cream, milk, salt, 1/2 cup each cheese and onions. Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
