Meatballs With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, garlic salt and pepper.
    Shape into 35 meatballs.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Melt butter in electric skillet.
    Brown meatballs.
    Spoon out extra grease.
    Combine soup and water.
    Add to meatballs and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
