Smokey Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 to 3 lb.) beef brisket
Preparation

Combine seasonings and pour over brisket; marinate overnight. Place brisket in a roaster (on rack) and cover with foil, then place lid on roaster.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
Serves 8 to 10.
