Frosted Cinnamon Raisin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
Preparation
    Combine sugars, margarine and flour.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Press 2 cups of this mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add remaining ingredients to crumb mixture and mix well.
    Pour evenly over crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes; drizzle with frosting and sprinkle with nuts.
