Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up broiler-fryer chicken
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven.
    Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken with flour mixture.
    Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; bake about 30 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
