Potato Cheese Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked potatoes, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped chives or onions
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in buttered dish.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
