Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans salmon
    1 1/2 cans grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Drain and remove bones from salmon.
    Place in large mixing bowl.
    Add grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper and flour; mix well. Place in baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
