Low-Fat Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs or 1 (4 oz.) carton Egg Beaters
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. 2% milk
    1/2 stick light Parkay margarine
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Heat until milk is hot but not boiling!!!
    Pour into a baking dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8!!
