Crab Rangoons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    8 oz. crab meat
    garlic powder
    wonton wrappers
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Preheat oil in your wok.
    If you are using an electric wok, set the temperature to 400\u00b0.
    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the crab thoroughly.
    Add garlic powder to taste.
    Place about a teaspoon of the mixture onto the center of the wonton wrapper. Dip finger in water and wet the edges of the wrapper.
    Fold wrapper to form a triangle.
    Drop several into oil, turning until all sides are browned, about 30 seconds per side.
    Remove and drain excess oil.
