Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. Ore-Ida hash browns
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. sharp shredded cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, sauteed in butter
    salt and pepper
    1 stick butter
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in large casserole dish. Melt 1 stick butter in pan.
    Add 2 cups Ritz crackers to butter. Put on top of casserole.
    Let stand refrigerated overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves at least 12 people.
