Mary'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1/2 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. low-fat milk
    2 tsp. instant chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls (approximately 16 to 20).
    Bake in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn the meatballs after the first 10 minutes of baking.
