Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    Accent
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Place in pan with small amount of oil.
    Top with onions.
    Roast, uncovered, for 2 hours at 325\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Add hot water.
    Mix flour with small amount of hot water to make a paste.
    Pour around roast.
    Add more salt, pepper and Accent.
    Cover and cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
