Low-Fat Apricot Brownie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. water
6 whole dried apricots
whites from 8 large eggs (keep 2 whites separate)
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
confectioners sugar (for garnish)
Preparation

Simmer water and apricots in small covered saucepan for 20 minutes.
Pour into blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Scrape into a medium size bowl.
