Gelatin Salad With Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. horseradish

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water.
Allow to jell to egg white consistency.
Salt to taste.
Beat with electric beater until well blended.
Pour into mold and chill for 2 hours, until set.
