Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and halved
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, sliced and drained
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
    2 Tbsp. pimiento, finely chopped
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces well and pat dry.
    Combine remaining ingredients in crock-pot.
    Add chicken pieces, pushing down into liquid to thoroughly moisten and coat.
    Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
    Makes 6 servings, 120 calories per serving.
