Lemon Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. Carnation milk
1 lb. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small lemon instant pudding
6 oz. frozen lemonade
Preparation

Mix for 2 minutes the milk and instant pudding.
Cream together the cream cheese and the thawed lemonade.
Beat until fluffy.
Pour into pudding and milk.
Pour into pie crusts.
Top with Cool Whip.
This makes 2 pies.
