Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. shredded cabbage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, dry mustard and dill weed; bring to a boil.
    Stir in oil.
    Pour over cabbage, onion, carrot and green pepper.
    Let set 24 hours.
