Crisp Pear Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oleo
few drops lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell
4 c. sliced pears
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Slice oleo and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle 1/2 mixture in pie shell.
Spread sliced pears next.
Top with rest of sugar and flour mixture.
Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
Watch if browning too quickly; cover with foil.
