Patty Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cold water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add water (enough to make a stiff dough).
    On floured surface, roll 1/2 the dough out thin.
    Cut circles out big enough to fit the bottom outside of a muffin tin.
    Fit dough on carefully not to get holes.
    Make 12 shells.
    Put upside down on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until light brown.
    Remove shells carefully and place right side up on cookie sheet and bake 5 more minutes.
