Autumn Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. cubed, unpeeled apples
2 c. halved red seedless grapes
1 c. walnut halves
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour.
Stir in water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine apples, grapes and walnuts. Add the dressing; toss gently.
Refrigerate.
