Cauliflower-Ham Au Gratin(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. partially cooked cauliflower
    1 1/4 c. chopped fully cooked smoked ham
    1 can (11 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange cauliflower in ungreased baking dish (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch), sprinkle with ham.
    Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth; pour over ham.
    Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Bake until topping is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
