Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut shortening into potatoes.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Knead lightly.
    Take some mixture and roll into a ball with hands.
    Roll thin like pie crust on floured board or cloth.
    Brown on medium ungreased grill pan until light brown and bubbly.
    Then turn and repeat.
    Place between 2 bath towels.
