Quick Johnny Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 beaten egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk (enough to make smooth texture)
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together. Put into well-greased 10-inch iron skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
