Chocolate Chip And Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp.vanilla
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 pkg. semi-sweet chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together sugars, flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, mix together milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until blended.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add milk mixture and stir to combine. Stir in chips and nuts. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups (include greasing the edges around cups).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake tester comes clean. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack. Serve warm or cold.
