Spring Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box spirals
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. turmeric
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Cook spirals 12 minutes and drain.
Mix the mayonnaise, water, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and turmeric together with whisk.
Add the onion, celery and carrots.
Add spirals to liquid mixture and marinate overnight.
Stir well before serving.
Makes 10 cups.
