Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. (heaping) baking powder
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix with more flour if necessary to make a stiff dough, as stiff as can be rolled out. (May be pounded and kneaded as many times as necessary.) Roll very thin and cut out round or square. Sprinkle lightly with salt and bake until lightly brown. Store in airtight container.
