Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large container Cool Whip (save 1 c. Cool Whip)
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes Jell-O lemon instant pudding
3 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients.
Form a crust and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool completely.
Beat next three ingredients together.
Spread on first crust layer.
Beat next two ingredients together until thick.
Pour over second layer.
Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Refrigerate.
