Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Soften cheeses at room temperature.
    Mix cheese, garlic salt and chopped nuts.
    Make into logs about the size of a round cracker.
    Roll in a mixture of red pepper and paprika.
    Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Slice and serve with crackers.
