Paula'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. bacon
4 or 6 pork chops
1 or 2 cans evaporated milk
cornstarch
seasoned salt
Preparation
-
Fry bacon.
Drain fat.
Brown pork chops with seasoned salt. Pour milk and simmer.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Simmer for at least one hour before adding cornstarch.
