Seven-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    5 whole eggs
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream sugar, Crisco and butter well.
    Add eggs and continue beating.
    Add flour gradually.
    Add flavorings.
    Fold in 7-Up with spoon.
    Do not beat in 7-Up.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 and then test for doneness.
