Ingredients

12 eggs
3 qt. milk
12 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. baking powder
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk.
Add dry ingredients and oil; mix well. Spoon batter onto hot greased griddles and brown on both sides. Makes 85 servings.
