Melinda'S Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine or butter, melted
    1 c. raw white rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
Preparation
    Melt butter and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add rice. Dump contents of 3 cans into casserole (do not dilute soup) and stir.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes about 4 cups of cooked rice.
    Doubles or triples easily for larger groups.
