Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. beef tenderloin
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)

Preparation

Combine butter and spices; mix well.
Place tenderloin in a roasting pan on a rack.
Brush with mixture.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes for rare.
Slice.
Serve with cold sour cream and horseradish.
