Shoo-Fly-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. New Orleans molasses (Brer Rabbit or Grandma Molasses)
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco and sugar.
    Put aside a little of this crumb mix for top of pie.
    Combine molasses and water; add baking soda. Combine dry ingredients and liquid mixture.
    Put in unbaked pie crust.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
