Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 pieces celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. red pepper
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1/2 can water
    garlic powder, sprinkle
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp
Preparation
    Cook the vegetables in the oil until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 40 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 20 more minutes.
    Serve over rice.
