Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    If using self-rising meal, omit baking powder and salt.
