Beef Jerkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef
    salt
    garlic powder
    onion salt
    black pepper
    all-purpose season
    Worcestershire sauce
    hot sauce
    liquid flavor smoke
Preparation
    Slice beef real thin.
    Mix all ingredients together with hands.
    Add enough to meet your taste.
    There is no certain amount of one thing.
    Let beef set in liquid overnight.
    Lay flat on cookie sheet; let dry in a warm oven overnight or if it is cold weather, hang beef in front of a wood burning stove for 1 or 2 days.
