Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Whip the eggs; add the flour, salt and half of the milk and whip until thick and even.
Whip the remaining milk together with the melted cooled butter and add to mixture.
Heat the pan and butter it.
Pour a little dough into the pan and bake thin crisp pancakes.
Sandwich with a layer of jam and thinly sliced bananas between each layer of pancake.
Serve the pancake tart warm with slightly whipped cream or soft vanilla ice cream.
