Beans And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, diced
    1 small onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked or canned string beans with 1/2 c. liquid
Preparation
    Saute bacon in saucepan until almost crisp.
    Add the onion; continue cooking until the bacon is done and the onion is a nice tender, golden brown.
    Add the flour; blend well.
    Stir in the mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Last, add the string beans. Simmer for a few minutes to heat through, stirring until smooth. Serves 4.
