Mocha Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
    2 tsp. water
    1 lb. chocolate coating
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips.
    Add cream cheese, coffee and water; mix well.
    Chill until firm enough to work.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place on waxed paper.
    Freeze about 30 minutes or chill in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
    Melt chocolate coating in microwave in a flat pan.
    Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
    Yield:
    5 dozen.
