Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 cups milk until tender, stir occasionally.
    When rice is tender add margarine, beaten eggs and sugar; mix well.
    Add vanilla, salt and 2 more cups of milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
