Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms (reserve broth)
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. butter
    4 c. softened bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. powdered thyme
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 c. mushroom broth
    1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute mushrooms, parsley, onions and thyme.
    Add softened bread crumbs to this and enough water to moisten bread. Set this aside.
