Tempura Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    cucumber slices and/or yellow squash slices
Preparation
    Mix together cornstarch, flour, seasoned salt and paprika. Add egg and water.
    Beat until smooth.
    Dip fresh cucumbers or yellow squash in batter and fry in hot oil.
    Eat while hot.
